Silo

Originally a Dodge dealership, The Silo was being used for storage and cooler space for RJ Rockers Brewery before being renovated to a restaurant and bar. Some of our favorite additions include tables made of heart pine floor joists, the beer can wall, and the peg board booths – all constructed by our team of craftsman.

Starbucks

We renovated the interior of the new Starbucks in downtown Spartanburg converting it from a retail space to a coffee shop. Our goal was to provide an exceptional experience for the avid coffee drinker.

Miyako Sushi Group

This project was torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. With all new construction, we repurposed materials… The new bar is the pinnacle of craftsmanship, and the shelving is made of floor joists taken from the original structure.

314 South Townhomes

We built these modern 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhomes in the heart of the city. Located minutes from downtown Spartanburg, each newly constructed unit boasts 9-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and stone countertops.
