Mezcal Taberna Mexicana Restaurant was a historic preservation project in which Dunbar Construction restored an abandoned building listed with the National Parks Service.
Design & Construction:
The project included a full interior renovation, carefully preserving the building’s historic character while modernizing the space. Additionally, five apartments were added on the upper floor, seamlessly integrating new residential spaces with the restored structure.
Outcome:
The completed Mezcal project revitalized a historic building, preserving its legacy while providing functional, modern residential spaces for the community.
