Our team led a full-scale transformation, converting 150 hotel rooms into thoughtfully designed studio apartments. Each unit was crafted to maximize functionality and livability, with attention to layout, finishes, and resident experience. The project required careful planning and execution to repurpose the existing structure while creating a cohesive, modern aesthetic throughout the property.
