The First Citizens Bank project involved a full transformation of an existing bank building in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Most of the structure was demolished, leaving only the back wall and drive-thru intact.
Design & Construction:
Our team completely rebuilt the space, raising the roof to create a more open and inviting environment. Interior walls were reconfigured to maximize natural light and improve the overall flow, resulting in a modern, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and customers.
Outcome:
The completed First Citizens Bank combines functionality with contemporary design, turning a partially demolished structure into a bright, spacious, and engaging financial hub.
